Dr. William Parker – Office Hours
Our office is open for appointments Monday through Friday, 8:15AM to 12:00PM and 1:00PM to 5:00PM. Dr. Parker normally operates on Wednesdays. The nurse practitioners also have appointments available on Saturdays, 9:00AM to 12:00PM.
New Patients are Always Welcome
Our Practice is always open to new patients, especially those seeking the specific expertise Dr. Parker has to offer. If a surgical opinion or second opinion is needed, make this clear to our reception desk and we will accommodate you. Please bring pertinent records and images of any recent ultrasound or MRI.
Health Insurance
For surgical fees and most office procedures, we will ask you for a deposit prior to surgery, and following surgery our billing company will bill your insurance company, including the coding and submission of operative reports. We will charge you for any remaining fees not covered by your insurance company.
For office visits, we ask for full payment at the time of each visit. At the end of your appointment, we will give you an office visit form that you submit to your insurance company, and the insurance company will then reimburse you directly.
Cynthia, our office manager, is available to help you with any questions or concerns regarding pre-authorization and insurance issues. She has extensive experience and knowledge in these areas and is the best person in the office to assist you. The direct dial number is (310) 394-3690 or she can be contacted at cynthia@prrgyn.com
